In the area of family law, the goal of Glenda’s practice is to help her clients through a transitional time by providing them with well-thought out and informed options and approaches to resolution. Glenda has mediated resolution and worked closely with many high conflict cases and continually focuses on working towards a resolution that is best for the entire family. Glenda recognizes the importance of helping parents to separate well, for the sake of the children and the entire family. Divorce and separation are extremely sensitive matters and she ensures each client receives clear and concise information and interpretation of the law and works with each client to help them achieve results. While Glenda’s focus is on a collaborative approach to resolution, she has, nonethless, appeared in court at various levels on family matters numerous times.
In Glenda’s other areas of practice, the focus is always on providing attention to detail and accomplishing the task at hand by working closely with the client to achieve the client’s goals.
